Ai Iijima didn’t have an easy time getting to her current enviable JAV porn star status. According to her autobiography, she had a rough time growing up, including getting raped as a young teen and having family problems. In 1992, however, she debuted in her first hardcore JAV production and has never looked back. She’s become a bankable actress since then, making a slick transition from porn star to mainstream celebrity, to the point of rubbing elbows with Japan’s Minister of Health and Welfare!
